    hard to find sink rack size

    I was happy with the product. However, I ordered the wrong size and when they tried to send me the correct size, they resent the original wrong size. I need customer service to contact me to fix this problem. I have 2 wrong racks and paid for both of them. Now, I need to know how to get a refund and send back the 2 wrong ones!
